Host a Class or Workshop

At Intrinsic Collective, we believe in fostering community growth and creativity through education. We offer a unique opportunity for educators and community leaders to utilize our fantastic facilities for classes, workshops, and community events. Our venue provides a welcoming space equipped to facilitate a variety of classes, from arts to fitness sessions/workshops and educational seminars.

Revenue Split: We offer a competitive profit-sharing model where you receive 60% of the class fees collected, while Intrinsic Collective retains 40% to cover operational costs.

Flexible Scheduling: Choose your class times based on your availability and our venue’s schedule.

Parking

Parking lots at Coorstek off of 10th avenue
Neighborhood parking – On weekdays and non-holidays, parking is free for the first two (2) hours and $2.00/hour for each additional hour up to a maximum of $8.00 per day.
After 5:00pm on weekdays and Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, parking in the public garages and streets is free. Read signs for residents only.
On weekdays and non-holidays, you must register your car either at the pay stations or by using the ParkMobile application (available for Android and iOS operating systems), even if you are staying less than two (2) hours.
You don’t have to register your car if you are parking after 5:00pm on weekdays and non-holidays or on weekends and holidays.
Free parking national holidays include: New Years Day, Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, the 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
